The Effluent Treatment Plant manufactured by GIECL is designed for treating the wastewater generated from industrial and commercial units. It is equipped with advanced technology and features for treating the wastewater in an effective and efficient manner.
The GIECL Effluent Treatment Plant consists of various stages of treatment such as Primary, Secondary and Tertiary. In the Primary stage, the wastewater is treated by physical processes such as screening, settling and flotation. In the Secondary stage, the wastewater is treated by biological processes such as aeration, activated sludge and trickling filters. In the Tertiary stage, the wastewater is treated by chemical processes such as lime softening, chlorination and ultrafiltration.
The Effluent Treatment Plant is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies such as Activated Sludge Process, Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) and Ultrafiltration. The Activated Sludge Process helps in removing suspended solids and organic matter from the wastewater. The MBR helps in removing the dissolved solids from the wastewater. The Ultrafiltration helps in removing the colloidal particles from the wastewater.
The Effluent Treatment Plant is designed for high efficiency and low operating costs. It can be customized according to the customer’s requirements. Operating and maintaining the facility is simple. It is also environment friendly and helps in reducing the water pollution.
